How much does a visit cost?
The first hour at your home costs €79, each extra half hour €29, remote support €39. Travel is added on top: €0.70 per kilometre from Foetz, round trip. And if we can't fix the problem, you pay nothing.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours. If it's urgent, we try to come the same day or help immediately via remote support.
Do you really come to my home?
Yes. We work all over Luxembourg, from the city to Esch and up to the north. You never have to carry your computer anywhere.
I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?
Not at all, that's exactly why we exist. We explain everything calmly, in simple words, as often as you like.
Can you also help remotely?
Yes. Many things can be solved quickly and safely via remote support while we're together on the phone.
